A:Mold :50% deposit +50% after the samples is approved.

Batch production: 30% deposit +70% before shipment.

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but Pay first Return the sample fee after good shipping.

Q: What do I need for offering a quote ?

A: Please offer us 2D or 3D drawings (with material, dimension, tolerance, surface treatment and other technical requirement etc.) ,quantity, application or samples. Then we will quote the best price within 24h.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 35-45 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
