It has been used in the mobile phone industry before, but because of the large ratio, the corrosion resistance is gradually eliminated by the aluminum alloy. The most used currently is the sanitary industry. Commonly used are alloys 2, 3, 4, 5, and 7. The most widely used alloy is No. 3.

Die-cast aluminum alloy

The aluminum alloy has low density, but high strength, close to or exceeds high-quality steel, good plasticity, can be processed into various profiles, has excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance. It is widely used in industry and is used second only to steel. . The specific weight of aluminum alloy is only about 1/3 of that of iron, so it is very important in various industries at present, especially in the lightweight process of aircraft, ships, automobiles, electronic instruments, etc.

Al-Si-Cu is commonly used, and ADC12 (A383), ADC10 (A380), etc. are commonly used. There are also Al-Si systems, Al-Si-Mg systems, and Al-Mg systems. Also known as aluminum-titanium alloy is the addition of titanium metal to the above materials. The addition of titanium metal can significantly improve the mechanical properties of the product.

Die-cast magnesium alloy

Magnesium alloys are alloys based on magnesium and added to other elements. The utility model has the advantages of small density, high specific strength, large specific modulus of elasticity, good heat dissipation, good shock absorption, large impact load resistance than aluminum alloy, and good corrosion resistance to organic substances and alkalis. Magnesium has a specific gravity of about 2/3 of that of aluminum and 1/4 of iron. Therefore, it is widely used in electronic equipment, auto parts, and medical equipment such as mobile phones and communication equipment.

Currently the most widely used is magnesium-aluminum alloy, followed by magnesium-manganese alloy and magnesium-zinc-zirconium alloy. Commonly used grades are AZ91D, AM60B, AM50A, AS41B, etc.

Die casting mold

Die-casting molds must be made of hot-working die steel. Commonly used steels are: H13, 2344, 8407, 8418, SKD61, DAC, and FDAC.

The structure of the mold: (rear mold, front mold) mold base, mold core, guide column, guide sleeve thimble, cylinder, splitter, sprue sleeve, slider, inclined guide column, hydraulic core.

Mold processing equipment: milling machine, CNC machining center, wire cutting (slow wire), (mirror) spark machine, grinding machine, lathe, welding equipment.
